The restaurant is the ideal place to taste excellent local Molise dishes. Our young chef learned his trade at the prestigious Niko Romito training cookery school.

The menu is based on local produce and regional traditions, with many dishes combing apples, white truffles, cheese and locally farmed meat. These dishes have been reinterpred with modern touch, each one telling a culinary story from our Molise region.
