Borgotufi's new addition for 2022 is MIA, the new restaurant of our multi-building hotel in Castel del Giudice.

After years running the kitchen of Ristorante Il Tartufo Chef Marco Pasquarelli, a pupil of Niko Romito, has opened Ristorante MIA on the village's panoramic piazza. He adds inspiration to his creative cuisine, which plays on the chromatic nuances of each ingredient and enhances the local seasonal products and the recipes from his land, on the border between Molise and Abruzzo. A new restaurant for new evolutions of taste.
