OCRA' - FAVOLA MOLISANA
Fresh vegetable produced in our jardin potager Ortotufi, fine home-made products coming from the best local suppliers, a menù that offers dishes with flavors together original and familiar, comfortable and intense, which takes inspiration from the seasons and the surrounding nature. The creativity of chef Alessandra di Paolo, student ad at Accademia Niko Romito, relies on a long culinary tradition, made of simple but refined dishes and excellent local products like truffles, cheese, extra-virgin olive oil, meat, charcuterie.
Ochre is the color of tuff, the stone whom Borgotufi is made of, Ocrà – Favola Molisana (Molise’s fairy tale) is the name of our restaurant of Borgtufi village that through the food tells you the story of an extraordinary place, made of valuable people and unique produces.
