These become the key ingredients of the dishes of the Ristorante del Borgo and Mia Ristorante, guaranteeing an authentic culinary experience.
This is conscious choice aimed at respecting the environment and supporting local agriculture.

The vegetable garden is located a stone's throw from the multi-building hotel, which can be reached with a short and pleasant walk in the greenery. On some occasions, picnics and guided tours with the agronomist are organised, which include tastings of fresh products.
Each harvest reveals the history of a land full of tradition and flavour.
